Lot's of delicate fasteners that break easily. But the biggest issue is that the mechanism does not work. If you complain, they will tell you to also purchase the wire harness that it plugs in to. This is a diversion tactic. It has been less than a year and the door does not latch at all anymore. Our concern was that the previous door lock snapped. After replacing with this item, within a week we noticed that it didn't always latch and the key FOB would not get it to lock or unlock. Also, the manual key does not engage the lock/unlock mechanism. So you run the risk of getting locked out of your vehicle or having to climb through trunk to open the door.
