Gel Hand Wash, French Lavender, 12 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

Method French Lavender hand soap - one of the best scents that Method produces in my personal opinion. My Mom loves this one, so I sent this set of 3 to her. Its a soft, liquidy hand soap. Not overly flowery - but has the scent of fresh french lavender - very unique. Lathers up and rinses off well. I really like Method soaps. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I also refuse to 'change' my review for a refund of a product I have given a poor review - and that is offered from time to time. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). It's a shame they phased this rating system out because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer. I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon - over 6,200 reviews posted, those reviews have been viewed well over 50,000 times, including well over 26,000 likes. BOTTOM LINE: I pay for all my stuff, just like you do.

I've been using Method hand washes for over five years now and have always had a great experience. I've tried several of their varieties, and they usually dispense a rich lather right away. This French Lavender version is slightly different in that the lather isn't as instant, but it still lathers well enough. The scent is amazing—fresh and calming—and I appreciate that it doesn't cause any irritation, which is consistent across all Method soaps I've used. The only downside is the price; these are on the expensive side compared to other brands. If not for the higher cost, this would easily be a 5-star product for me!

I absolutely love the fragrance of this lavender hand soap. I ordinarily get the foaming variety, but instead ordered this type so I can just dilute it for foaming soap myself. I use a 3:1 filtered water to soap ratio to make my own foaming soap refills. This is my method for making my own foaming soap using any good smelling liquid soap: I heat a 1/4 cup of water for a little less than a minute in the microwave. I then add 1/4 cup of soap to the heated water and stir gently to combine. I then add a 1/2 cup additional cool water for a total of 3/4 cup of water mixed with the1/4 cup soap. I don’t heat the entire 3/4 cup because I don’t want to melt my plastic foaming soap dispenser.

I absolutely love the Method Gel Hand Wash in French Lavender! The scent is wonderfully calming and not overpowering, making it perfect for daily use. I returned it because it contains sodium laurel sulphate! thought "Method" was a clean brand but I was disappointed. Also ended up costing so much in shipping and returning! >YIKES!<

Best hand soap and smells fantastic. Nice design and looks great at the sink. Can’t beat the price!
