Is this product processed and reformed/pressed into strip shapes?

I really don't know, I assume that the uniformity of the strips/chunks suggests forming it would actually make sense because it would make it easier to sell the product by weight.

Their are 12ea 2oz sticks in the box I have been ordering!! They have been very nice and fresh ! Hopefully this will answer your question!
