Seems to really get the gunk off. Definitely watch the video instructions. I personally don’t remove the stylus from the head shell from the tonearm when cleaning the stylus even though they recommend that. I use it every 10-20 records at the moment. I just let my ears and intuition be the judge for when a cleaning is needed. At this rate, the product should last at least 100 years assuming it wouldn’t degrade which is quite an assumption. But you’re not going to need to be getting refills very often. Make sure to wipe the brush on the edge of the opening before each use to wipe off excess. I recently acquired this stylus cleaner as a replacement for my misplaced MoFi Stylus cleaner. To my surprise, it performs just as well. In fact, I find it to be a noticeable improvement over the Onzow Zerodust Stylus Cleaner, which I still use quite a bit despite that. While I consider this product to be of good quality, it does come with a price tag that leans toward the higher side. However, that seems to be par for the course in this category. If you’re in need of a reliable stylus cleaner, this one is worth considering despite its premium cost.

I have been using a dry brush and drop into a zerodust gel cleaner exclusively for years, as alcohol and other harsh chemicals typically used in liquids can over time cause the adhesive holding the diamond stylus tip to the cantilever to break down. As I've thought about this lately I concluded it would probably take much longer to cause a problem as the stylus itself eventually needs replacement anyway. I also went back to moving magnet carts a few years ago, where the stylus is user replaceable, and decided to occasionally use a liquid product a few times a week. Ingredients are simple enough being primarily water and alcohol. I like that Audio-Technica makes the ingredients known, unlike some off brand that may not. I am a fan of AT cartridges as well, and trust their expertise in the industry. So my choice for this product came down to my trust in and loyalty to the Audio-Technica brand to properly care for my VM 540 ML stylus. Don't use too much and be sure to remove all excess after dipping by wiping the brush on the bottles edge, as the instructions say. Comes in a nice small brown glass bottle as well, a small detail but even their fluid screams quality in the packaging. Made in Japan, well packed without leaks. My only complaint is to Amazon distribution for continually shipping very small packages in ridiculously oversized boxes and envelopes. I wish they would address this logistical issue. It would help the environment and Amazon's bottom line. Thank you.

It's an adorable little bottle of spirit. The only complaint is the brush feels too soft to actually clean the needle. I cut it a little bit to make it stiffer.

I shall be blunt and to the point. If you listen to records, you need this. This is a safe what to keep your cartridge's stylus pristine. End of discussion.

I got this as AT is well known for their phono cartridges. I have use other products in the past and most are ok but the application is most important and the brush in the bottle is great to clean the sensitive stylus area. My only negative is for alcohol it is expensive but one gets what they pay for.

A must have for cleaning a vinyl record player stylus. Very affordable and lasts a long time.

A handy way to keep your stylus clean. Small enough to keep on or near your turntable. The brush is perfect-the fluid may have some alcohol. A bit pricey, but effective.

Good product...I believe as good as any available...cool bottle with applicator brush for airtight storage

I was using a home based cleaner for many years till now I thought I'll change it for a new cleaner and yes it does make a huge difference in keeping your stylus clean. It takes out a lot of Dirt and gunk from the cantilever which the home solution could not without damaging the stylus at times and it does make the sound better with a clean stylus I definitely recommend this product to anyone using vinyl. I know it is expensive but just get it. It is worth every rupee.

This review is for Audio-Technica AT607a Cartridge Stylus Cleaner, Brown. This solution works 100%! I will no longer use gel or a brush alone. Paid $19 cad for 10ml, worth every penny, 10ml will last a long time. There is no expiry date on the bottle so just keep the lid air tight and the solution will likely outlive you. My turntable, cartridges, stylus' and headphones are all Audio-Technica. Thanks to all at Audio-Technica for another quality product

The user manual was clear and easy to understand. When I brushed it on my stylus it improved the sound quality.
