Works well
This stuff works well for attaching little heatsinks to small integrated circuits if you need something that is semi-permanent. It dries to a firm, rubbery texture that is strong enough to keep a heatsink attached, but can be pulled off without damaging the integrated circuit if necessary. It takes a while to fully solidify though so make sure you give it enough time to dry before testing its adhesion.

Great for tiny heatsinks that go directly on small chips
I used this because the self adhesive tape on the tiny heat sinks was not sticking to a circuit board that was mounted upside down. Now they are on there like cement. I only needed to use a tiny bit on the very tip of a toothpick because the chips were as small as a tic-tack. That was for all 4 sinks I had to mount. Transfers heat much better than those adhesive self stick pads, just keep in mind that this is permanent. You cannot remove the heat sink once its glued on. This is not for CPU chips, it is for other small chips on a circuit board that get hot.

Very good value and works well on LED lights
I used a dab on the back of an LED board and pushed it on the aluminum plate that functioned as a heat sink on an outdoor light. It took about 12 hours to cure and the adhesion is very similar to silicone glue (but with thermal conductivity). I had tried tape previously, but it did not adhere well to the aluminum plate. I read that this dries out fairly quickly after opening, so we'll see if it is as good of a value as hoped. If it's really only a one-time use product, then it probably isn't a good value unless you have a lot of things you need to use it on right away. I've sealed it in a vacuum pack pouch, so hopefully, it will be usable when I need it next. I will try to remember to update this review when I open it again.

It's a Good Product
I bought this to glue a little heat sink on the transistor that controls the bed heater on my 3D printer. It works just as well as any other similar heat sink plaster I've used. Most of them are shipped from China, India or Thailand and take forever to arrive. This one arrived quickly. The only thing I did not like was the product is thicker than other ones I bought. So I had to push down quite firmly to ensure a thin coat between the transistor and the heat sink. But this did not seem to affect the use. Perhaps in some other uses being thicker might be an advantage.

Great thermal adhesive
This is perfect for fixing heatsinks to VRAM, controller modules, etc. It sets up fairly quickly so that you can use the item after 10 minutes or so, but the heatsink is still removable for a couple of hours. Specs say fully cured in 24 hours, and when I went back to confirm I couldn't move the heatsinks at all. It is thermally conductive (as good as the Arctic stuff) and is electrically non-conductive (no worry about spill-over). Just apply relatively smooth layer (for small VRAM I just used a q-tip and daubed it around) but for larger areas you might use the credit card method. Overall, works great and costs much less.

Dried out within 3 months
used it once and three months later it had dried up. Yes the cap was on tight....

Works great for heatsinks on ICs
I made sure to clean both the heatsink and IC with 91% IPA before I applied it. Drying took a while but I helped it dry faster by running the device to generate some heat. After about 18 hours it was solidly holding the heatsink on to the IC and heat was being conducted. Really good if you don't need a huge amount.

Works great
Perfect and stick the heatsinks on good. Definitely a good value for the money. Sticks instantly which makes it super easy to deal with
