It will not give you callus (at least for me)- strength adjustable- style/design looks goodCons:The strength adjustable gear keep moving to less strength half 1/8 of inch every set of 30 grip. So I have to put something it will lock to prevent turning to less strength.Conclusion: I still want to keep this since I like the grip handle and this is the best option I found here in amazon for now (at least for me).
