How is the arm rest adjusted??can it be adjusted with hands only??

Arm Rest can be adjusted in five position (up-down) by manual /hand only. There is push button while pressing the button the arm came to bottom most position then by hand it can be raised to desired height. while raising the arm a click sound came the sound means can lock at that position.
