I was very curious to try out this kind of technology.The seller mentioned his number on the package. I contacted him as I faced installation issue with the App. The seller was very responsive & patiently guided the troubleshooting process.Now the practical pro's & con's:Pro: interesting technology, fairly priced.Cons:1) Low light output. 9 watts of this bulb is equivalent to 3 watts of ordinary LED bulb.2) it may have 16 million colors...we may hardly see 10 or 12 colour variations.3) This point takes away 2 stars. The App asks for permission to read memory card, microphone access, phone location, camera access. This was not needed. The app doesn't work if permissions r not allowed by used. The Developer should have left the access permission option to the user's discretion.Otherwise it's a good product.Pl note that the light output is low.
