The color is a dark charcoal gray with cognac color details. The fabric is actually thicker and better quality than I expected. The inside is a tan “plastic” type of material. There are a plenty of pockets and one of the side pocket is designed for easy to reach wipe pouches. I am giving this bag 5 stars because it was great for $23. But a couple of things someone might find as cons: the bag is only about 6-8 inches wide from front to back and the inner pockets are at the bottom.
