Are you sure you completed the binding process? Here are the steps I used with my qx7. 1. turn on qx7 2. put qx7 into binding mode 3. press bind button on receiver and while holding it down plug in the battery. Keep button pressed until receiver is powering up. 4. release bind button on receiver. 5. press exit on the qx7 until you are back to menu 6. unplug battery from receiver and then plug battery back into receiver You should now get just the steady green light.
