And I researched so many different ways to fly with frozen breast milk. I felt defeated reading so many reviews until I came across this cooler. Let me be frank. I took a chance flying with my breastmilk in the check in luggage. But I didn't want to pay $150 dollars to pack it with dry ice (United airlines policy) nor find a way to transport it with dry ice and pay over 100 dollars to ship it, or travel with it in my carry on (scared they would take it away). So I did my research - and this cooler rocks!I could pack about a dozen frozen medela breastmilk pouches with 3 Nordic ice packs and put it in my check in luggage - and when I got to Los Angeles (1hour to get to airport, 2h TSA and waiting to board the plane plus a 3.5h flight and then a 2h drive home) all the pouches with frozen rock solid.Had to use this for the wedding I was attending too.
