# The reason I like Matt screen protectors I bought the iPad Pro 11 Primarily to use for work as a digital notebook - using Goodnotes for note taking, ‘Things 3’ for action lists and Onenote as a system to archive important info. I'm often taking notes in rooms with light streaming through the window and under the glare of fluorescent lights etc.. hence the anti glare-reflection being something I was looking for ... also keen to protect the screen from scratches ... AND ... really sick of constantly wiping away finger marks! What's really good... # Glare & Reflection HUGE improvement .. I love the matt finish .. no more glare from lights .. VERY happy with this - makes the iPad a lot more usable (see my picture example of light and reduced reflection from a window) #Sensitivity - no change for me .. everything working as was - apple pen or touch. I do find the screen touch sensitivity on iPads gets a bit out of sync anyway on occasions..I normally fix with a complete reboot from scratch. #Anti scratch This is a substantial film cover.. thicker than the one I have on my phone (also matt) .. which makes the screen easier to apply and gives a sense of confidence that you're not going to scratch the screen. #Finger marks A thing of the past !! .. this is a huge improvement!! .. for some reason the matt finish just doesn't mark in the same way the raw screen did.. This is a huge improvement for me. What you might want to consider..... #Install I cleaned the screen really well first .. and also used a tip I heard about which involves installing in the kitchen after boiling a pot of water and creating a lot of steam to lay the dust. This worked well .. if you trap a reasonable sized piece of dust under the screen you'll get a raised spot which looks unsightly ... it's worth taking your time. The guide that comes with the product is useful for sure and helps locate it correctly. There will be a lot of bubbles after you drop the screen on .. I found the only way to remove this was to spend 20 mins using my fingers and a cloth to get rid of them towards the edges and out .. and to apply pressure to very small bubbles to make sure the screen has adhered all over. #Clarity There is a tiny reduction in screen resolution - not enough to bother me .. but for people who are obsessed with super clear resolution this might be a problem - the screen can also appear a little darker when viewed at an angle .. but this is nothing compared to the advantages I get. #Texture & resistance I would like more resistance to make writing feel more like it does on paper .. there is some slight improvement but not too much .. certainly no worse to write using the new type apple pencil. OVERALL - love it .. completely addresses the issues I was having and has improved my user experience a lot - I'd recommend the screen .. but I would emphasise the care needed to apply it dust free and avoid raised bubbles. I would struggle to use the iPad without the screen now having experienced how good it looks and feels. I hope this review is helpful - feel free to contact me with any questions! cheers.

As an artist, I was looking for an alternative matte protector to PaperLike as the price for that one wasn't really justifiable, so I stumbled on this one and thought I should give it a go. Was not disappointed! Here are a few points about why this is a great matte protector: *Sensitivity Works perfectly fine both touch and with the apple pencil. I have not seen any change in the sensitivity. *Fingerprints naturally there will be some as human hands will always have natural oil on them. However, there are significantly less fingerprints than when the tablet had no protector or a normal glass one, and are much easier to clean off with a cloth. *Clarity I find the clarity of the screen to be perfectly fine with this protector on. It does give it a very slight grainy look, however it also makes the tablet look more natural as if you're looking at a piece of paper and for me, that is a big plus as my eyes don't get tired as easily. *Glare and reflection It's brilliant when it comes to glare! unlike the harsh light you get without it, the protector disperses the light making it softer and more unnoticeable. *Antiscratch I've been using it for drawing almost every day for a month now and there is no sign of any scratches. *Texture and resistance It is also indeed super smooth, I compared the drawing experience on this one versus a normal glass protector and on the glass one there is much more unwanted resistance in random places while drawing with the pencils (for example if you're making a curved line it will be smooth and then suddenly some resistance will show up and then go back to being smooth. And that threw me off quite a few times). Whereas this one truly is as if you're drawing on a piece of paper or an industry-grade graphic/monitor tablet. Now a bit more texture would make it even more paperlike, as of the moment for some it might be too smooth. However, still better than the glass screen. *Problems along the way Now as for the installation, the helping tool was brilliant and helped a LOT, as it positioned the protector perfectly onto the tablet so that it fits in its case perfectly without any problems. The only problem I had was because of the size of the screen (it was my first attempt of installing a protector on a screen bigger than 5.5") after putting the protector on there was a lot of bubbles and dust on it (I could not get rid of the dust entirely beforehand even after fiddling with it for over 15 minutes) so instead I lifted the protector slightly and got rid of the dust. In the end after 30minutes, there was not a single bubble and the protector fit nicely. Again that might be because this was my first time installing a protector on such a large screen. Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase! And I do recommend it to anyone looking for a matte protector.

Bought the screen protector as i noticed a few scratches were starting to appear on the screen and wasn't expecting that much of it, but I have to admit that the anti-glare of it was surprising. It adds a great feel to the screen and gives it a nice matte look to it. The guide for installation was also pretty neat too but would prefer it to be a little smaller as I noticed that the screen protector is slightly skewed to the left hand side. All in all though, it's a well made protector for my iPad - especially for the price!

I bought this Klearlook protector as I have previously used there glass screen protectors on my iPhone X. I was intrigued that this specifically said Matte finish and wondered how that would translate. Ive only had it on my iPad 2 hours and I can already say, its a million times better than the standard screen for glare and the difference in fingermarks is amazing, yes, you can still see them, but no where near as much, in addition the feel of the screen is now a lot different. I can't really describe how, but I know I like it a lot more. The colours don't seem to have lost any of their vividness and and if anything text seems nicer to read (lack of glare perhaps?). The included screen alignment tool wasn't really required, I prefer to do it myself, but as usual, the included alcohol wipe preparation and clean lint free cloth are critical in getting a perfect finish. The cover itself has a cutout around the Face ID camera for the infrared to not be affected and ensure its unhindered. The protection feels really good and as its a plastic style panel rather than glass, I think its going to be a lot more durable. I will of course update my review if anything changes, but right now Im looking to see if I can get it on my phone screen in this same matte finish! A great product - Manufacturers, if you read this, consider maybe putting 2 in the box and charging a bit more, it seems wasteful for all the protective packaging etc to only deliver one screen. Overall very, very happy. One of the best non apple accessories I have ever bought and Ive had a few, its simple, but great!

Updated review The first one of these I received snapped in my hand during the installation process. I was somewhat annoyed and left a 1 star review. I was surprised that the seller reached out to me offering to put it right. I was really please though as I think that shows outstanding customer service from a first class seller serious about their customers. Long story short, they sent me another screen protector and I decided to try again. I have installed lots of screen protectors over the years on everything from phones to tablets. But every time install one, I am always left with a stray cat hair or air bubble under the screen. This time around, I have had probably the most perfect installation ever. Honestly, not one air bubble or blemish anywhere. It’s practically perfect and everything you want from a screen protector. I was a little dubious given my first experience but I’ll chalk that one up to bad luck. I will comment again on the seller as many 1 star reviews go unaddressed. I really wasn’t expecting the seller to contact me, let alone offering to replace the product, so sellers like this should be praised for going the extra mile. Happy to amend my review to 5 stars.

This screen protector is really easy to apply, the product comes with a framework, an easy to read instruction booklet and tools. It fits perfectly unto my iPad Pro and looks very stylish. After application, it comes as clean and neat. If bubbles appear, the instruction booklet comes with clear instructions on how to remove large bubbles. The product does exactly as what it is described to do. It comes as a fine matte finish and with its’ described properties- anti glare, touch screen, anti fingerprint, easy to install. Also, when writing on the iPad with the iPad pen, the matte protector provides a similar paper like experience, if you listen closely it sounds like you are writing on paper! Easy to write on and an overall neat stylish product. I recommend to buy the product if you’re looking for a matte glass screen protector.

I have a lot to say so I'll put it in a list, I would rate it 2 star normally but no one reads those and I want people to have a proper warning before they buy. 1) anti glare The anti glare on it is awful, say goodbye to working inside with lights on and outdoors. Attached are some pictures, it does defuse the light slightly but it washes the screen out making it look worse than the glass. If you want to work indoors with a light above you, it is virtually impossible. 2)anti fingerprint This simply doesn't work, covered in fingerprints in seconds. 3) installation This was fairly simple as you'd expect, I had no dust on the screen however and there was a small bubble I couldn't push out of the screen. I ended up having to press down repeatedly on the screen for almost half an hour to get rid of it, I think the screen protector must have had a slight raise in that area or the adhesive was really bad. After a few hours of use too, it started to peel off on one side and wouldn't stick back down. It was in the magic keyboard at the time so the case wasn't touching the protector at all and I wasn't using the touchscreen much. Also doesn't come with a tool to remove the bubbles 4) feel The feel is nice when using the pencil and touchscreen but I find that sometimes if you swipe too quickly with your finger it makes a loud noise from the friction. For a matte screen protector too, it is very slippery and doesn't have much more grip than the glass for the pencil. I don't think it would wear the nib down at all though as it really isn't much different from straight glass. The sound is very quiet but nice with the pencil though I will be looking into getting a refund. Note the adhesive also left a sticky residue on my iPad after removing it

This is a great screen protector. I had a bit of trouble getting it on properly,but I have always been awful at putting on screen protectors. The alignment tool worked well, I just had some trouble with bubbles and dust (my own fault not the fault of the product). The anti glare is amazing, which is what I wanted this product for. I use my iPad for uni and the lights in the lecture halls reflect awfully on most screen protectors, but with this one I don’t even notice them. The Apple Pencil works great with this protector as it adds some friction but not a crazy amount like screen protectors I’ve had in the past. Usually with matte screen protectors you get some “rainbow effect” on the screen, and with my last matte protector it was awful, but with this one it is nowhere near as bad, it’s still visible but not too bad. Overall it works well and does what it should. Also would like to add that it arrived a lot faster than expected.

Bonne protection, mais il manque un guide pour l’installer. Pourquoi ils n’en le mettent pas d’office dans toutes les protections d’écrans ? Tout le monde trime pour le placer correctement et aucun vendeur ne pense à l’intégrer dans la boîte. Dommage.
