All of the broths came perfectly frozen. I followed their suggestions on how to do a cleanse. I drink 2 pouches a day for 7 days. I did mine at lunch and dinner. The broth tastes so good (no salt asded). I sip the broth before my actual lunch (whole 30 approved) and I save my second one for after dinner. I look forward to drinking these broths every day - I’m kind of sad my 7 day cleanse ends in 24 hours. I have added truffle salt and cayenne pepper to my broths. I used the cleanse for my stomach issues. The broth literally makes your body feel good. Between the broth and following their food plan, I have lost 5 pounds during the 7 day cleanse with one more day to go.
