Awesome product and....
A great value, but the dose is too much for me and I open and divide the capsules into empty capsules that I buy just for this purpose. I dont mind as the value is great and I have other products that I divide in the same manner. I always look for Swanson products as they invariably represent the best value for the product purchased.

I was able to easily reduce & stop long term Prednisone use by taking pregnenolone as I tapered off Prednisone. If you have a low endocrine hormone, give this a try. I'd suggest researching latest studies on pregnenolone. It has more benefits than they knew in the past.

Swanson brand is working better than the LifeExtension brand preg......the 50mg Swanson seems higher potency and more effective as compared to the 100mg LifeExtension.
