It’s incredibly comfortable and feels very secure, which is important to me since I use a bulkier Nikon Coolpix camera and am always looking for the safest, most comfortable way to carry it. I’ve tried everything — crossbody straps, hip straps, harnesses — and this was the last option I tested. Surprisingly, it ended up being my favorite. One of the best features is the mounting plate. You can attach it to the bottom of the camera, connect it to the top, and even secure it around your wrist. With all those connection points, there’s basically no way the camera is going to hit the ground, and that peace of mind is huge for me as a birder always on the move. I also have shoulder issues, so I appreciate being able to hold my camera down at my side without having a strap pulling on my shoulders.
