Open package was shocked that there was a gift which was 3 different styles of eyelashes which made my day I’m a eyelash queen😀. Took my bundles out of package texture of hair was so soft I order a 24, 26,28 and 20 in lace frontal. The frontal is amazing love the baby hairs and the hair was soft as well. The lace was textured nicely not hard and The hair did not stink at all and the lace frontal has single knots so Its going to be much easier to bleach the knots which is awesome! The customer service was amazing as well when I placed my order which was before Easter I recieved a text message from the seller letting me know That my package has been shipped and provided me with my tracking number and a phone number if I had questions also they made me aware since it was Easter I might receive my package a little after which was okay but the package arrived on the 24th. After my product arrived to me I received another text message from seller to make sure I received my package and wanted to know how did I like the hair this was the best customer service I ever received company’s nowadays don’t care about customer service they just ship your package and take your money and I really appreciate the seller taking the time to ask me about their product! I will definitely be reordering again and the price is even better as well. Paid 186 for this hair which is worth it ! I use to pay between 200 up to 400 on hair and the hair wasn’t even that great and plus I got tired of spending so much money on bundles been a 2 year break for me. I was skeptical about ordering hair on amazon because usually I order stuff online the products is nothing like the pictures and poor quality especially hair but I took my chance happy I did!!!
