Like the mirror but light has already quit working

I bought this item to replace the Zadro 10x magnification mirror that I had been using for many years. My old one was shorting out and because of safety issues I decided to order a new one. This updated model seems even brighter than the older model and there is no on/off switch. The dimmable touch is good, but sometimes I accidentally turn it off by pulling it closer to adjust the mirror or brushing by the base. I can't review the mirror for travel because I haven't taken it anywhere yet, but its large size could be a drawback. This mirror was a big pricey but you get what you pay for. All in all I really like this new mirror.

Have had this mirror for five months. Had to return the first one I received because the 10x mirror was faulty and distorted. Received a replacement with no issues. Light is nice and bright (which I really liked), but the "touch" dimmable feature is a pain in the neck. If you accidentally touch it, which can easily happen, putting on makeup, it goes off. I'd rather have a switch, but I can see from other reviews that the switch goes out frequently too. Anyway, the entire mirror went out on me in less than five months. It's not the light, I believe it's a short in the dimming switch mechanism that's inside the mirror. I would not invest ever in this mirror again.

I have looked everywhere for a makeup mirror like this one. I have definitely wasted money by buying cheaper models, while I was expecting the quality of this mirror. Time and time again, I was disappointed. I know it's fairly expensive, but it's worth it. The mirror is the largest one I've ever seen, which I love. The brightness is wonderful. It's worth the money, especially when doing eye makeup. I am 65, and I wear glasses, but with every other makeup mirror I've used, I had to pluck my eyebrows with the magnified side AND I still had to keep my glasses on in order to finish, but I don't have to wear my glasses with this one. I would encourge anyone to buy this.

I like this makeup mirror -- I like that it has an actual on/off switch rather than an automatic sensor and I like the magnification level. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is that I wish it was a little brighter -- it could use a little more. light I also wish it telescoped to be taller. But, all in all, I am quite pleased with this purchase. I have had it for a couple of months and have had no problems with it. It works well and is of good quality. I have used other lighted magnifying mirrors that have a sensor to turn on the light automatically. It was awful -- it never turned on when I wanted it to and I would have to fuss with it for several minutes to get it to turn on. Or turn off for that matter. This one goes on when I want it to and off when I want it to (via the switch).

Though this mirror is quite expensive, it is excellent up close without distortion when needing more than just 10x! I had to get used to dealing with the “sensitive” touching part - it takes a while to get used to, but well worth the effort! ***Plus, I had a situation that needed specifically Zadro’s Customer Service. I would like to say that they far exceeded any expectations – by going far above and beyond in helping me to resolve my situation!! I was WOWED!!! 😳🤩 Thank you Zadro!! Authentically, Jeannót G.

It's a great mirror. A little pricier than the rest but if you want a mirror with great magnification and excellent lighting, this is the one to get.

The brightness and magnification on this mirror were great. Unfortunately the Mirror died yesterday, December 16th and I had only purchased it in June, very disappointing. Also my cat seemed to be able to turn the mirror on and off, amusing but not useful.

This was a gift for my wife and she was very happy with the product.

It is the best I can find but not nearly as much magnification as I hoped. The light is good.

Great magnifying mirror but very expensive.
