Texture nightmare for me. Like if someone was to chew your food and reshape it into the bars, they're bitter and taste basically the same. HOWEVER thats my personal opinion, my older sister loves these, works for her kids if you give them the bars instead of sweets they're happy and eat healthy snack bars. So it depends on the person. My sister and her fiance work out too so they use it before or after a workout. The taste isnt atrocious just distinct. Like marmite. I suggest buying a single one of this type of bar to see if you like it first.

Queste barrette sono diventate le mie preferite: solo frutta e semi tra gli ingredienti, consistenza giusta e sapore non stucchevole. Ho provato tutti i gusti e sono uno più buono dell’altro, con una selezione varia che le rende adatte a tutti. Le uso spesso per lo sport, ma sono perfette anche come snack energetico veloce. Pour avoir testé plusieurs marques, celles-ci sont très bonnes (aucun goût chimique) donc je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs laissés à propos du goût. Évidemment, il faut aimer les dattes étant donné que c'est l'un des principaux ingrédients. Mes enfants les mangent également sans problème, avec une préférence pour les saveurs fruitées, myrtille et framboise. J'en rachèterai sûrement.
