I'm in love with my little journal. I got the larger size. It literally the type of journal you dream of or see in the enchanted themed films. I got mine in emerald, green. I was a bit regretful of that color when it was being shipped to me but as soon as i opened it i was obsessed. The cover and the Spine of the book Itself were breath taking. The material is magnificent!!!! Worth every penny. I need 2 in every color in both sizes! I've already recommended It to multiple individuals and will continue to do so. The edges of the pages are gold and the page itself is extremely well made. Surprisingly not stiff and easy to open or flip through the pages. It feels so official, like your writing your life story. Great color. I personally think this is for personal use or anything thats close to your heart. It such a beautiful book, it deserve to have beautiful things inside of it. I've been journaling in pencil so I'm not 100% sure about the bleeding through to the other side thing but the pages are fairly thick and I'm sure if you don't use an overly wet point or pen, it'll hold just fine. Definitely don't used a marker. Also love the space to a personalization on the first page. 11/10

Exactly what I wanted. Good quality. Thick paper not easy to rip. looks nice and old fashioned. There is a place to put the date on each page and cover page has company's name but that is the only issue but am getting used to it. This journal is good for short entries. Good amount of pages. Now my favorite brand.

The front cover has a softness that is really nice and the pages are a good thickness. I still don’t write on both sides of the page because the pen shows through just a small amount, but that’s expected and negligible for me. Overall it’s a beautiful journal and I’m very happy!

All you need is the English countryside and a cup of tea to feel the Jane Austen vibe. These journals are beautiful and I will be purchasing more. The aesthetic fits my personal vintage style. The journal is a joy to write in each morning. The binding is gorgeous and the paper is a thick cream color. I love the page top only gliding in the French style. Many people did not fully read this in the description. Note the side and the top of the pages in the photos .

I love these. I have 3 so far. Black, white, and purple. I compared the white and purple ones in the pictures I've posted. The quality is sooo nice. They look amazing. Elegant, vintage, perfect sizes, paper is thick enough as long as you're not using markers, and I love the gold edges and boarders. Very beautiful. The only thing I would change, is instead of having the option to write the date on each piece of paper (it's on the top right hand side) I'd prefer if the had the months listed and numbers so we can circle them. These are definitely worth more than what they're sold for.

I bought this so I could start journaling again and it definitely does not disappoint as far as appearance goes. It is very lovely and vintage looking with a nice, soft cover. I ordered the B6 size and it's small (it's maybe 1/4" taller than my phone), but it's the perfect size for me since I wanted something I can toss in a bag and keep with me. Some of the reviews had me worried that the gilded edges would be unfinished, but thankfully it came with gilding all the way around, top, side, and bottom. It is a darker, more coppery color, but it still looks really pretty. My only gripe is the paper. It is a thinner paper with some tooth. It will definitely take well to pencil and if you plan on doing pencil drawings or using colored pencil, then this paper would be great for that. However, it's not very fun to write on with pen and I could see it bleeding through to the other side if you use a juicy one. I use fountain pens to journal and my Kaweco extra fine nib does fine on the paper, though, like I say, it's not a smooth experience. I would not go with a wet writer (sadly, that means my TWSBIs are out of the question) and I would definitely stick to an ink that resists feathering. The paper is pretty absorbent. I'm currently using Noodler's Heart of Dearkness and the feathering is very minimal, though my letters do appear a bit shaky just because of the tooth. Overall, I'm giving this journal 4 stars since it is lovely and came as described. However, I think it's stretching it a little far to call the paper fountain pen friendly.

I've been using these as dream journals. I'm getting ready to buy my 3rd one for myself but I've also bought 3 others as gifts. They are lovely to write in. I use a fountain pen with a broad nib to write in these and I have no issue with bleed through. So far I've used both Pilot and Pelican inks in a Jinho 82 pen. No issues. I'd have to hold the pen to the paper for a few seconds straight to get it to bleed through. It doesn't seem to be rough on my nib at all so I don't think that is an issue either. I really like the simple date entry at the top of the page. I don't want it to be cluttered across the top of the page. I can see how other people might like the other way but I think there is something beautiful and traditional in writing the date by hand at the top of the page. So I think it compliments the overall traditional and vintage styling of these journals. I haven't tried them with a metallic or shimmer ink yet but I will at some point. I'll try to update this when I do.

Beautiful journal. Kind of wish the back was the same as the front but that also helps to tell what is the front. The color on the side is vibrant and stands out well.

Beautiful Journal/Diary (undated) ... I cannot call it a notebook as it's too stunning for that! Beautifully inlaid cover design with Gold bordering & soft but firm, I purchased the Brown/Copper colour. The book spine is also beautifully designed & looks amazing on a bookshelf. There is Gold Foiling only on the very top of the journal, wonderfully shiny & again, lovely to display. Creamy white coloured lined paper with a right sided blank date space on each page. Pages are of quality paper & thick enough for a fountain pen (no bleeding) - one of the main things that first attracted me to this very journal. It's also quite thick with many pages (2½cm thick). Two satin like pretty ribbon markers in two different colour shades to match the cover colour you select. Many colours are available & I will definitely be purchasing some more of these. To book lovers & writers alike these would make awesome gifts too! Really impressed with this journal especially for such a bargain price & quick delivery too :)
