Had to return them. They were sticky and stinky. Would not recommend. **Q: What is this filled with?** A: I believe it’s gelled corn syrup.... **Q: What material is the outside of it?** A: It feels like rubber. We bought two and they get pierced very easily. **Q: what is the size before being stretched?** A: Probably 3 1/2” to 4” tall, and big enough around that it requires a man’s normal sized hand [mine] to enclose it with some opportunity to “squeeze.” It’s a pretty fun thing. I’ve bought two and now that you’ve brought it to mind, I may just get a third.
