is this equivalent to Satco S8336 4100 K quad tube base G24q-2?

Plug and play…not so much

I purchased these LED bulbs as they were advertised as plug and play, “eliminating the need for rewiring by using the existing CFL 4- pin lamps ballast” where as other LED bulbs require bypassing ballast. After receiving the bulbs it was disappointing to find out there are many ballasts that are not compatible. I ended up returning them.
