How do we wash the rubber gasket given for each jar? I noticed each time I wash it, some black powder comes of the gasket.

i didnt find anything as such. the best way to protect them is, as soon as we finish the use of mixer jars its better to wash it with water immediately. we can avoid the use of scrubber in this way

Yes, it grinds pretty fast and fine. Rice flour, i have not tried yet, but it's like a magic mixer.
