This chain is lovely. Smooth, shiny, simple - perfect for my pendant as it does not compete with the inscription on the pendant.

I ordered this to replace a similar one which broke, my fault. I am very pleased with the replacement It works well and looks lovely. In my opinion, the only chain to use is an adjustable one.

It feels very soft to the skin. Like wearing silk. Lovely chain.

I like this chain. It's very pretty, and I absolutely love the adjustable feature. It works really well and makes the chain so versatile. My one concern is the ring at the end. It is not a normal jump ring that flows about freely. It is fused on in a fixed position. And the ring isn't thick and doesn't seem like it is terribly sturdy. I fear it will break easily. So I don't know how long this chain will last. But I guess it is affordable enough to take a chance on it.

Before I begin I’d like to make it clear I almost never write reviews, and I have never written a bad review, but I felt I needed to for this one unfortunately:( I ordered this chain with very high hopes & ignored the bad reviews. Upon arrival I loved the chain, it was the perfect size, weight, and it looked nice, shiny, and high quality. But within an hour of wearing it I noticed (as other reviews stated) that it was tangling and ripping out all of the hair on the bottom of my hairline! But I still was hopeful and was willing to give the benefit of the doubt for such a beautiful chain. I went to take it off so that I could remove the mangled hair and put it back on, but when I went to take the necklace off (without tugging or pulling) it literally just BROKE right down the middle as if it was a cheap chain you’d win with tickets in a kids arcade. I mainly was just afraid of what could have happened if it broke while out and about, and I could’ve possibly lost my pendant I was wearing that is very important to me. Anyways, I don’t mean to talk down on this company, I just really hope they read the reviews and make the necessary changes to better the quality of their jewelry.

I had been looking for a silver chain to hold a silver cross pendent I was given years ago; this was a perfect match. The chain is a nice thickness, the clasp narrow enough to fit the opening on my cross. The sinewy texture of the chain minimizes kinks. Overall, I was very pleased.
