The replacement tips appear to only be available at usurious rates ($100 range) on Amazon and EBay. Will they be in stock again elsewhere soon? **Q: How long does the tips last?** A: I will also say that these tips do not last as long as others. I love the idea of 53's Pencil, but the tip wears quickly -- after a few hours of drawing, I'd say. But it also wears just carrying it around, I think. 3 weeks does sound about right. The problem is that the low-friction layer seems to wear off the base layer which causes the point to STICK to the iPad glass. I've had a Wacom dumb stylus with a rubber tip (Gen1) for over a year and it has yet to have the same problem, so 53 has an issue here.
