i opened it and the whole palette was broken into pieces. the highlighter was everywhere and it was all broken. I am infuriated, it came to me scattered everywhere, my hands my room the whole package

I love this makeup. I have stocked up on it this time. Where I usually buy it, has not been available for a while. The price is right too! Love it. I ordered 4 but one came broken. I had to return it. More care must be taken when packing and delivering eye shadow products. This is not the first time this has happened.
