A: Because they had to throw 4kg away to make the 16kg.

A: This kettle bell will float in mercury.

**Q: Does this come with exercise instructions to use with the kettle bell?**
A: No. 
However, it's best to see an instructional video if you want to see KB used properly. 
There are plenty of instructional videos on prime video if you have it. My personal favourites have the Russian trainer, Pavel Tsatsouline in.
