What are two heaping scoops (serving size)?

That description is used a lot with supplements. Its referring to a full scoop size without leveling it as a baker would while measuring. So to put it simple... a full load scoop with the cup provided( being whatever scoop size they include to achieve their portion of serving size,) yet not enough to fall over the edges creating a mess. I hope this helps.

Can i do 4 (four) scoops (96 g) with 16 oz. of whole milk how many calories is that?

Is it too sugary? Because I tried protein one before and it was way too sugary, I just want to make sure this is not the same.
