Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz 4GB 250GB DVD Windows 10 Pro (Renewed)

Unboxed and with just a couple of clicks on the mouse and my system was up and running. All programs were installed like windows 10. Fast quiet and very sharp for a refurbished item. 10 out 10 and would defiantly buy another for my bike shop. If you want a reliable and cheap but not cheaply made item, buy from Blair Technology.

The information from Amazon said to buy with confidence, but I am not sure about that, when the product arrived the side panel was bent and difficult to open in addition to this the system would not boot up, and an orange light blinked continuously. I will visit the computer technician in the morning.

The computer itself works great and was easy to set up. I only gave it three stars because it promises to come with all the cables needed to work right out of the box, but they did not send me a computer power cord. Instead, they sent me a heavy duty extension cord that would not fit the computer. Fortunately, I had a power cord, so it didn't slow me down but it might have someone else. They also included a keyboard and mouse, which I wasn't expecting. The mouse was so dirty/greasy I can't use it, but the keyboard is really nice.

I don't know how customer service from United PC TEK is because I didn't have to call or email them. The PC came as described in a very well packaged box, including a USB WiFi dongle, keyboard, and mouse. Both the inside and outside of the PC were immaculate. I don't know if the hard drive worked as I replaced it with a new SSD. I also added a PCIe network card. USB ports, NIC port, display ports, vga, power supply all work normally. Runs great so far. The PC was in perfect condition except for a few exterior scratches, otherwise I can't complain and would buy again. Not sure if the Windows Key worked either, as I am running Linux on it.

PC came technically functional, but with serious issues I had to correct prior to use:1. The CMOS password reset jumper was removed and was resetting the CMOS every time the PC lost power.2. One of the side panel latches was broken off and floating around in the case and the other was badly bent making it difficult to open the case.3. The PC came with a 500GB drive as opposed to the 250GB advertised. A free upgrade, but not the spec ordered.

Added another 4K of ram, a GForce-710 graphics card, and a 1TB SSD. Works like a champ, no problem whatsoever. Excellent computer at the renewal price. Renewal item looked like new and only evidence that it was not is the OEM version of Windows 10. Although advertised as Win10 Pro it was delivered as Win 10 Home but that is not a problem for me. Certainly recommend, especially if from the same vendor I used.

Actually, I bought two of these computers from the seller. Both are excellent. I also like the way the seller configured the hard drives with the software. I can tell they gave some thought to the configuration of the hard drives.I was not pleased with the customer service when I bought the first computer. They apologized, and the apology was accepted. I decided to buy another computer from them because at least the first computer was excellent. I had no complaints the second time around. They made up for the first time. In the end, I am pleased. This is why I give the seller a 5 star rating.
