The media could not be loaded. I'd give this 6 stars if I could. When it's off the base and everything is clear. Lit the base looks like glowing crystals and the lamp itself was brighter than I expected. Much better than the boring black bases that are standard on most lamps. It was a big hit!

Looks really cool but makes a high-pitched sound that is almost like a dog whistle. Would probably drive animals insane.

Ever since I was a kid I wanted one of these. Now as an adult they made this green one, count me in I had to have it.Overall quality is okay. It’s not very heavy and pretty light weight. The glass globe is okay, it seems to have a fine layer of dust inside so it’s not very crystal clear.My biggest complaint is the high pitched noise it puts out while turned on. I keep this at work as a conversation piece and sensory item. To have the loud noise all day really hurts the ears.Overall I am happy with it. I would possibly consider a different brand or make as this one just has a few things I didn’t care for.

Besides the defective switch on the last two I purchased (8") perhaps the size was too large to show much spark activity within the global sphere. This one is full of sparks! What I especially love about this plasma ball is the glow of warm green light (my favorite color) that is the effect you also get within the ball also. VERY green and great overall decor if reminiscing memorabilia is what you appreciate, this item is for you. Great price too. Some plasma balls are ridiculously expensive! The one is just right and I'm extremely pleased with it.

We returned this item because it was faulty. It shocked my son and i after we turned it of.

Has a short in cord and won’t stay working .
