Appears to be a very cheap product and fabric and elastic quality of the mask could not have been worse, cant say for sure whether or not the gel pouch part would be effective but the first impression of the product, when received, was very dissatisfying. It fits weirdly over the eyes, causing strain on the eyeballs, noticeable instantly after trying it on.DISAPPOINTED!!!!
