Lundberg Leads the Rice Cake Way
These rice cakes are the best! The taste of each of the three varieties is distinct and makes eating them more interesting than many other brands. They are extraordinarily crunchy but still firm enough to hold spreads like cheese, dips, and pates. I keep mine, once opened, in an air tight container to assure a long shelf life. As a member of the gluten-free demographic, I have tried them all and Lundberg Family Farms rice products are at the top of my shopping list. Bonus: they are organic and low calorie, too!

My favorite new thing!
I absolutely love these. They are the perfect crunchy, healthy, low-cal vessel for my two favorite things - garlic hummus and natural peanut butter (not together!)

These are great they are thin. I buy the no salt and no sugar added. I eat these in place of bread and with the avacado dip I make.
