This s@&t is the best! I put it on everything, especially popcorn! Just apply to popcorn until you can no longer see the popcorn and enjoy! I’ve been vegan for three years and this was introduced to me from a farmers market guru and at first I thought, great, fish flakes for humans but it was an easy source of tons of essential vitamins, some protein and great fiber so I tried it, eating like three flakes at a time haha. Now I can eat it with a spoon. My kids think it’s cheese and it’s hilarious and the best kept secret I posses because they just eat it up, unaware of how healthy it is! They think they’re getting away with something. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and do so! Don’t be scared!

I recently became vegan and one of my favorite foods in my past life was macaroni and cheese. Now of course these flakes aren’t going to give you that gooeyness of cheese BUT it does give you a cheesy flavor. I use this for my pastas and sometimes in heartier “meaty” meals.For a good cheese sauce:-boil hot water and pour over a bowl of 2 cups cashews. Soak for a few hours.-blend cashews, nutritional yeast (about a cup or more to taste), peeled and boiled potatoes (optional), cooked carrots (optional for color), almond milk or water (about 1/2 cup) salt, pepper- drizzle over cooked pasta, mix, and serve immediately!The sauce thickens quite a bit when cold. To revive it, just add water and reheat.

I had 4 baby ducks one week old. One of them became suddenly sick and was thrashing around uncontrollably. I was told that eating this stuff would niacin in his diet. Very important for chicks. So i ran out and got some and then ordered 8 more on Amazon. Literally overnight its stuff helped my baby duck and returned him back to normal. I sprinkle it in and mix with their food and grit and she scarf it up. this product was a life saver!!!! You should see my ducks now!!!! They are seriously HUGE!!!!!!!!! I tried it on my food and it’s good but not as good as the way it worked on my baby ducks. If you have new chicks……this is a MUST HAVE!!!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I have cirrhosis and have had to change my diet dramatically. Sodium (salt) was the main thing, but there is a list of other things as well. We decided to try out this Yeast seasoning. To be honest, I've never tried it before, but really didn't WANT to try it.I no longer eat cheese. I put these flakes on more things than I probably should. It's supposed to be good for you. I now have started buying the 4 pack.
