I bought this to use with my Sony rx100. This has a shutter button which is flush with the camera top plate. I love the camera and use it a lot, even if I have to hold it above my head to get a clear view in a crowd situation. I found that I had missed some shots because it was difficult to be sure of finding the shutter release by feel. This little accessory solved the problem. It's good quality and I think the adhesive will last. I've had it almost a year and no problems.

The shutter release buttons make the shutter more responsive and give a great look to the camera without being overdone. Cool and practical.

It works as it says, I just didn't like it much on my camera in the end, as it protrudes. But I recommend it!

Really this is a lifesaver for anyone who has for example a Sony RX 100 series. It raises the shutter button just enough to make it much easier to use. For two tiny bits of plastic with some sticky tape they are expensive, but mines been in place for a while now, it hasn't come off, and it looks the biz too, form and function. I'd definitely buy again if I needed too.
