I made my first tortillas today and they were delicious. I followed the recipe and had no problem. The corn tortillas are fantastic. I had already bought one of the tortilla press and it was worth every cent I paid for it. Thank you and enjoy your meal and enjoy your day.

I bought this thinking it was the book & the press (the reviews led me to believe that). There are only 2 generic tortilla recipes in this book & the rest are things to do with said tortillas. I wouldn't recommend this.

The book is fine. I was hoping for more refined, in depth, information on cause and effect for making better tortillas and varieties for corn tortillas... the varieties are primarily for flour tortillas (even this was limited). This is primarily a Mexican recipe book. I might give it 5 stars for that, but even the recipes are average to good, not extraordinary.

Full confessions, I bought this book thinking the author was using a Victorian tortilla press, which made me think, "Wow, that sounds cool!" I guess my brain auto-filled the "n". lol So, this book is focused on a Victoria tortilla press. I own a different one, but the recipes still work, of course.I've pawed through this book rather thoroughly and have tried two of the recipes so far. Deliciously, clearly written, easy to follow. I'm looking forward to the cinnamon tortilla, which I'm saving as a treat.

The Tortilla press works perfectly, making fine tortillas after adjusting the recipe ingredients. My son lives in Rome, Italy and misses the California tortillas so he makes his own for his family. They do have tortillas in Roma, but they are dry and fairly tasteless and break apart upon touching them.

101 recipes inside to keep you interested in using your tortilla press! Corn tortillas are great! Everyone preferred them to store bought for their tacos. Easy to make food

I am so thankful for this book! I like to cook and making my own tortillas (and more) with the press seemed like something I would really use. This book is amazing for ideas. My imagination only goes so far and I couldn't think of many ideas to look up, but this book has SO many options I would not have thought of. Its set up well, nice large print and everything is clear and nothing seemed too challenging to make. Great job putting this together!

Very nice book. Lots of authentic Mexican recipes and some not so authentic, take Moo Shoo pork with tortillas instead of Asian pancakes. My next venture is going to be the Tortilla S'mores, yum. 😋 I would have given the cookbook 5 stars if there were pictures, I really like to see if my dishes turn out the way they should. But with so much variety and the fresh tortilla recipes you can't really go wrong!

😇 I bought the kit & this 😒 book 📚 was sent to me ⁉️ This is NOT a book that I would ever buy ⁉️ I was 💀soo upset 😭 that I ended up 👺 😾🙀😿missing the Deadline ☠️😼 I told my Mom to give this book 📚 to who , I believe would appreciate it more , their Vegan & eat alot of what is recommended for different meals that I believe that they would eat . 😇

Pues si, creía que era una prensa y no un libro de recetas y en ingles, el libro muy completo y genial te explica todo desde hacer tortillas y los platos para acompañarlos, muy bien, recomiendo totalmente este libro pero hay que saber ingles.
