Ok, I didnt buy these for a craft project, I actually use them to tie back curtains that cover our sliding glass door. I slip the fabric panel through the hoop and hang the hoop on a little s hook. Works perfect for me. 4 stars because the metal hoop is not completely smooth where the 2 ends are joined to form the circle.

Very sturdy. Worked for the craft that I used them for. Nothing special but you get exactly what you see!
