Yes, you can get this with 25ft cord. If you go to liberty's website you can find out more. It's basically this model number with the addition of '2' for the 25 ft cord.

Does this pump have a weep hole?

Not sure what you mean by a weep hole. But the installation should have a discharge check valve to prevent the vertical lift from draining back into the sump when the pump shuts off.

Septic company zip tied float above motor and float got stuck, ran continuously for 3-9 hours, is this ok?

once you have corrected the float problem just see if the pump runs on and off. if it does you are ok.

Just did some maintenance on my septic tank and checked on my LE51A effluent pump. The pump has a 2009 date on the label and has been cycling 6 to 12 times per day since it was installed. It'll probably go out tomorrow; it's already lasted longer than I would have expected.
