I love this miracle pill! I was on Zoloft for 10 years and Lexapro for 8, and never felt as good as now, while being off antidepressants and just taking 50 mg of this drug in the morning!!! I wish someone told me about this supplement 20 years ago! It is worth every penny. I had side effects from Zoloft (severe chest pain around heart,which sent me to urgent care several times, and very emotional, could just start crying about something little), and Lexapro would make me muted to everything, good and bad, unable to focus sometimes, feel confused and forgetful, unable to think sharp at work! On top of other side effects of both drugs, I was still depressed most of the time, and unable to enjoy small things in life. I felt like something is wrong, I felt sick of everything! While being unemployed recently, I slipped into severe depression (while being on Zoloft 100mg, and later switched to Lexapro 20 mg). I didn't get much help from any of the drugs, decided to do my own research and found this supplement. Thanks to other people's good reviews! I've been taking just 50 mg in the morning for 2 weeks and already feel like a different person. I could not tolerate 100mg of it though , it would make me jittery and uncomfortable! I had to cut the capsule in half. I feel so much more energetic and able to tolerate new high stress job now. Before, I had frequent meltdowns (while on 20 mg of Lexapro or 100 mg of Zoloft), and had to take Xanax on top of it to help myself during bad days. I feel happier than ever now, full of energy and positive thoughts, don't feel exhausted after work, and don't take naps on the weekend. I also lost some weight because of that. I advise to start with 50 mg daily and if that doesn't help, slowly increase it. Don't take it with antidepressants, it will cause serotonin syndrome, which could be potentially fatal! I had to stop last antidepressant I was taking (Lexapro 10 mg for a few last days), and took 50 mg of this supplement couple of days later (to ween myself off Lexapro). Weening of Zoloft could be little harder or longer. I hope this supplement helps others as much as it helps me! Good luck!
