Nutone Motor (8663RP) Assembly # 97017705 1550 RPM; 1.2 amps, 115 volts

My 35+ year old bathroom exhaust fan had stopped working. I googled the model number JA2C395N and this fan came up. The number was not listed as one that worked with the fan but the measurements all seemed right. The fan fit perfectly in the opening and took about 5 minutes to install. My fan has a light. Could not get the light fixture up quite high enough on the spindle so the grill no longer fits snug to the ceiling but is about 1/8 inch away. There may be a way to fix this if you are clever. Fan is louder than old fan but not horrible.

Perfect. Fit as the replacement for my old nut one fan and motor. Much cheaper and easier than buying and installing a totally new fan and light. Runs well and not noisy. Pretty quiet. Would buy again.

This fan assembly arrived on time, (next day), in perfect condition, a perfect fit for replacement. It was an easy, 10 minute replacement job!

Need to be careful sharp edges, other then that great product.

Exact perfect replacement for 39 year old Nutone bathroom fan. Was stunned it was even available and the $49.00 price was unbeliveable for the motor, mounting plate and fan blower. Another source had just the motor alone for $113.00. A 5 minute installation but 30 minutes pre-install required to clean out all the years and years of gunk. Way to go Broan/Nutone!

Works great! After trying to find this fan in this size for almost a year we finally have a working fan again!

This was a perfect replacement for a really old Model 671CB (for use with 671/672CA) Really quick uninstall of the old fan and install of the new one.

The unit was easy to install. It fit exactly with just a screw driver. It is still a little noisy but this model has always been that way.

This was a good replacement item for our old bathroom fan...didn't need to put in a new fan compartment...working fine! Same noise level as the older OEM fan taken out.
