I’ve tried so many different cleansers over the last few years and I always seem to come back to this one. I have really frustrating combination skin that is simultaneously acne prone and very sensitive/reactive, and I also live in a dry climate to boot. Absolutely everything seems to make my skin mad if I use it for any length of time — either they are too creamy/gentle and don’t do a good enough job of cleansing so I break out, or they are great and cleansing but they strip my skin too much or have too many actives and (you guessed it) I break out. This is the only cleanser I have found that seems to strike the right balance, and I can feel my skin calming down almost immediately when I use it again. It is simple, gentle, and fragrance free, but still effective. One of my few subscribed items.

Ok so I am white ... ish lol I was adopted so I really have no idea what nationality I actually am. I have olive-y very oily large pored skin that tans extremely easily so I walk around all summer brown as a bean. I'm also prone to acne so when I stumbled on this brand I thought the reviews I was reading sounded like this cleanser would be good for me and I tried it on a whim. It's only been about 2 weeks now, but I love this cleanser and can already tell a difference in the brightness of my skin and the size of my pores. It's light and refreshing, leaves my skin a little tight but that goes away pretty quickly. I say try this brand no matter what "color" you are, it's clean beauty with high quality ingredients at a very fair price. Can't wait to try something else from Buttah!

I've only been using a week and I can see the difference in my skin. Closed pours on my cheeks and has calmed my acne. I use their skin care line (cleaner, tea tree exfoliater, vitamin c and moisturizer). I normally use a small business, natural ingredients made from home product line for the last 3 years and I think my hormones are changing (43) so my skin seems to love Buttah! I read some of the comments (lather, consistency, not for sensitive skin) I use a very small amount of everything, and it seems just fine. Lathers great and face feels and looks clean. Shake up the products before using. I have very sensitive skin and has no issues with these products. I've been told i'm glowing since I been using them!

Wouldn’t give it 5 stars because it didn’t give much result in helping the skin. It seems to be a good cleanser but it’s a small tube and didn’t seem to do what I wanted In helping smooth and clear the skin.

From the label in which it comes in, to the patting of the face. It just works! Super simple to use right out the shower. It's soothing to the skin which you can feel it soon as it touches it. Very mild smell which is nice. I just noticed the label says melonin rich face wash but works great for this mixed guy!! Can't wait to try more of this line of products. Suggestions?

First let me say, this is not a makeup remover. That being said, this is a good, clean, moisturizing cleanser that has improved the quality of my skin with continued use. If I'm wearing cosmetics I use my makeup remover cloths first, then hop in the shower and lather on my face and neck. You don't have to use a lot of product and your skin will feel amazing! I follow up with the Rosewater toner, Vitamin C Serum, and CocoShea Revitalizing Cream.

I noticed a difference in my skin in a week. Soft and smooth and gentle. I can't wait to try their other products.

Finding a facial skin cleanser that has the perfect balance of cleaning & removing dirt & facial oil without being too strong abrasive and damaging your healthy skin. I love the way my skin looks & feels after using it.
