This is a really nice product at a very good price (only £13.99). Looks great. Very sturdy. Easy to install (wall-mounted using a drill). Reversible (8mm socket required). This item is reversible (although this is not stated in the instructions). So you can have the holder facing left or right. There is a small small nut inside the mounting plate that you need to remove first with an 8mm socket. Then you take off the toilet roll holder arm and replace it pointing in the opposite direction. Make sure you fully tighten the 8mm nut again as otherwise there will be a little movement in the arm. For installation: First, I reversed the toilet roll holder arm as I needed it facing the opposite direction Then I made 2 markings on the wall with a pen for where the mounting holes would be. I used a centre punch to make an indentation in each of those markings, to help guide the drill bit into the wall without slipping etc. Then I used an electric drill with a 6mm drill bit to make the mounting holes in my concrete wall. I knocked wall anchors (wall plugs) into the holes and then screwed the mounting plate on to the wall. Finally, I used a hex key (allen key) to tighten the set screw and fix the toilet holder to the mounting plate. Supplied parts included in the box: 1 x toilet roll holder 1 x wall mounting plate 2 x screws 2 x wall anchors (wall plugs) 1 x hex key (allen key) for tightening the set screw 1 x set screw (grub screw)

Looks nice in the bathroom the only problem I have is that it moves downwards when you take pieces of toilet paper off the roll.

Good solid toilet roll holder. I looked at others in a diy shop locally but they were in two parts and wobbled. These are solid and exactly what I was looking for. I also bought a towel rail in the same make which is great too. They feel solid and secure mounted and also look very smart. Would definitely buy again.
