It works for me! I was an yalkut user before switching to natures bounty (yes the bacterial strains are different). It's the convience of taking it as compared to yalkut that made me make the switch.

I learned about acidophilus while doing research on gut health, I was glad to find this product at such a great price and value. I have been taking it for a little over a week and have already noticed improvement in my bowel movement and bloating. it doesn’t have a bad taste at all nor does it smell. The tablet is very small and easy to swallow/use. The ingredients are clean as this supporting the growth of healthy bacteria. I recommend!
