Superfeet - Run Pain Relief Insoles - Trim-To-Fit Orthotic Shoe Inserts - High Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis, UK 8 – 9.5

They are perfect for me , my feet are more comfortable with them , especially being on my feet for long periods of time , the rubber heals I tried but were better without for me

A stocky, heavy runner (5' 11" and 95kg) I also over pronate. As a result I need a combination of support & cushioning in my running shoe & insole combination. These superfeet pain relief insoles provides the near ideal combination for me (appreciating there is strong element of individual preference in that) when used with my favoured Asics (Kayano or Fujitrabuco) shoes. Other brands tried seem to either provide excellent cushioning (i.e. Sorbathane) at the expense of support or overly hard and aggressive support particular under my foot arch. For sizing although the E is supposedly only up to UK 9.5 I find them the best fit (with the heel support horseshoe piece inserted) for my UK 10 sized Asics running shoes. I was concerned they would be slightly too small and hence move within the shoe which has not occurred. It also avoids the excessive trimming required if the larger size is bought. Being particularly critical I feel that the cushioning under the ball of the foot could be further enhanced however that has to be a minor point compared to the key drawback which is the expense of this brand of insoles. At around £35 a pair they add significantly to the cost of a decent pair of running shoes and hence you need to be a dedicated runner or one suffering a fair degree of pain to justify the expense.

I have a medium to high instep and these insoles do not even touch my arches, and do not provide any support. Very expensive insole that does not deliver on it's promise. My Currex and Footactive insoles provide noticeable structure and support that actually works.

Excellent brand with different insoles to address different feet issues. I use the type for plantar fasciitis and believe they add comfort to my walking/working out. Sometimes they “squeak” a bit when I walk (and it is quiet enough to hear). Don’t know how to prevent that. But the sound is a minor inconvenience. And while having to trim the inserts to fit your shoes is a bit inconvenient, it is nice to be able to do so for a perfect custom fit.

Les semelles et ses talonnettes répondent à un pb l'aponévrose plantaire. Dommage comme d'hab que la notice soit en anglais et peu d'info concernant les talonnettes. J'ai donc testé en deux fois : Avec les semelles seules Avec talonnettes et semelles Résultat : pour moi avec les deux Attention ces semelles sont adaptées pour le running uniquement, voir autre réf pour pratique différente

5 stelle perché finalmente sono 2 giorni che quando torno dalla mia corsa non sento il solito dolore alla fascia plantare. Queste solette hanno un supporto rigido che aiuta moltissimo la stabilità del piede. Consigliatissime per chi soffre di fascite!

Keeps my feet feeling good suring runs. Very comfortable and dont feel any fatigue when running long distances.
