I was disappointed at first. I waited three full days and they did not fluff up at all. However, the care instructions say they can go in the dryer, so I threw them in for 20-30 minutes and they fluffed right up. I do kind of wish I had bought the larger size for my cases, but that's my fault. They are very soft and look great

This 4 pillow inserts are fluffy and have no smell at all. I bought some pillow inserts from expensive to affordable that all more or less have some smell, but this time is nice and clean with no smell at all. The other good part is that it comes with a nice sealed bag. It would keep the pillow clean and small in storage and during moving. Recommended!

Perfect for what I needed them for. Just the right filling. Not too thick or thin. Perfect for throw pillows. Bought the same size as the pillow case, didn’t need to buy a bigger insert for thicker filling.

How fun that these 4 pillows came in a air-compressed package which allowed them to expand right before your eyes once the plastic came off! They are super soft and just the right weight and density for the pillow cases I bought. I bought 18x18 to fill a case of the same size instead of one larger as suggested. The pillow fit easily into the case and it is the right proportion for the case, in my opinion. I don't like over-stuffed pillows.

These pillows are advertised as stuffed to 90%, a big leap beyond competitors. They are also advertised as perfectly fit for 18x18 shams. I ordered these for 17x17 shams, so there's absolutely no reason they shouldn't all be filling out. 1 pillow came as promised, 2 came as somewhat acceptable, and the last pillow is too empty to be usable.I emailed the seller via the email they provided in the box, and also reached out on Amazon, seeing if I could at least replace the unusably-flat pillow (I'll live with the 2 out of 4 that are only "acceptable"). No response from either source.Product inconsistency along with zero customer service equates to 1 star in my book.

Great level of "fluff" and fit perfect in the decorative pillow cases I ordered. I cannot speak to long term use yet. Seems like they will flatted a bit if used more than just decoratively
