Oh my goodness this stuff (combined with poke root extract) FINALLY brought my blood pressure down! My BP has NEVER been this low! As long as I stay away from gluten and continue taking my supplements, I will never have to worry about my BP. In fact, just THINKING about my BP used to cause me anxiety but no more.
