Tasty
I like these, no grating sandy particles- very smooth and tasty. Would've given it a 5 but for little black things that appear, wonder what that is. They do not distract from the quality though.

Perfect for a healthy breakfast
I followed the very clear cooking instructions on the pack (half the quantities for one portion), mixed in a chopped banana and 50ml kefir, and enjoyed a delicious nutritious high-fibre probiotic porridge for breakfast.

Tastes ok
I really hoped this would work for me and I’m not sure whether is cast as protein or a carb. Followed the instructions and found the powder didn’t really soak in cold water then microwaved it instead of heating on the hub and got really thick paste like porridge. Tastes ok and I’ll give it one more try and soak in warm water.

Fibre maxing
I needed to up my fibre and this product was recommended to me. I have cooked a batch as recommended in the package and I have been adding it to my overnight oats and it adds a great nutty flavour to it. Job done

Hard to find local, not used for cooking yet.

beautiful teff grain
I mill my own flour and this teff is always delicious, fresh and malty flavoured. There are little bits of teff grass and husk in there that are inevitable in a product like this where the grain is so tiny. It contributes to the authentic feel of the product in my opinion.
