Electric Tea Maker With Variable-Temperature Settings and Keep-Warm Feature

I was unable to find the same tea infuser I've been using for 10 years this was a graet replacement

I've had this just over a year and I loved it.I drink iced tea 24/7 and found this to be a good option for batch brewing. I do wish there was a preset where you could stop it from automatically keeping warm after brewing , but that's only my real complaint.

This is my second VelociTea, the first lasted many years of daily use and after all that use I couldn't live without it so bought another. I wish it had a timer so I could have tea ready in the morning automatically but it's pretty fast to brew a pot so isn't a real issue.

About half the time it gives you a pot of perfectly brewed tea.The other half of the time it gives you one of the following: A pot of violently over-boiling water, a beep then nothing, lights flashing then nothing, absolutely nothing like it isn't even plugged in. There are clearly some major circuit logic issues. 2 Stars.Edit:2/28/2021 - it has now stopped working completely. One star.3/6/2021 - after contacting the company, they sent a replacement promptly. Bought this as an indulgent 80th birthday present to myself. I love the option choices for different types of tea. With this I just set it up and forget it until I'm ready to relax. Also, I think that moving water while brewing makes a marked improvement in the taste of the tea. My only complaint is that it's really hard to clean if tea stain bothers you.

This is our second Velocitea maker and we love it. Our water is very hard so we have learned to use filtered water for the tea so that the calcium deposits don't build up.

I did not know such a thing existed until my husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. It’s been the BEST gift ever! It is so easy to use, and I love that I can leave it without worrying it will over steep. It also steeps green teas perfectly. I have had it for 3 years and use it practically every day sometimes multiple times a day.

Had this tea maker for exactly a year before it completely died. Sad considering that it wasn't inexpensive at all that it couldn't last any longer. While it worked it was quite good for brewing tea but the tea tannin made the inside of the pot look kind of horrendous and it was very hard to keep clean.
