There is nothing better for baking than this syrup! I tried dozens of options until I found this barley malt syrup! Just believe me, you couldn't even dream of a better result when baking bread! And what a taste and aroma!!🥰 Now I drive all the neighbors crazy and everyone comes for recipes)

We use this in our turkey brine & our turkey always turns out fabulous. Also in the brine is stout beer, salt, herbs & water.

I think it is just my mistake. I am sure it is a great product if you are looking for that product. I mean, it is fresh and looks like it should I guess. I just didn't know what I was buying. I thought it was the syrup like is used in soda fountains for Malts. To make it even crazier, I bought 3 jars and left the item in my cart and my husband checked out with another 3 jars. LOL If we ever figure out what to do with it, we are all set to do it!!! :)

Es un producto caro ya que es importado. Yo lo necesito para hacer unos panes como los bagels, asi que lo tuve que comprar pero no me arrepiento. Este producto le da un acabado mas refinado y oscuro a mis bagels y galletas. Lo recomiendo.
