Great price and delivered fast
I have a Samsung dv5451aew/xaa 03 dryer... and I have replaced the heating element last year March 2020 from with a different vendor. When heat stopped working this year... I discovered the coil still looked good, but noticed the Thermal Fuse had popped. The smaller of the two fuses with silver face... not the black one... that one is the high temp fuse. The one that went on me is the smaller Thermal Fuse which is just a simply mechanical metal disc that pops a cylinder to make a break in current. This keeps things form heating to let you know something is wrong. You CAN try and reset it... Original one is a few metal brackets holding it together. There is a nice video out there showing how those work.I decided to just replace all the fuses and add a new coil... since the price for ALL 3x is the same I paid for just the coil from someone else. All New parts for the new year. I kept the old ones as a backup though.Replacement was easy (again... I have done this already so just a quick YouTube refresher and I was ready once again)Everything worked perfectly... no complaints.I read all the other reviews of people saying they had to replace the parts again (Which is awesome by the way they stand by their 100% LIFETIME WARRANTY) I have to ask these other people... Are you sure you don't have something else wrong? The MAIN reason a fuse pops is because it overheated... same reason for a coil break. That is often because of either simply not cleaning your lint trap... or more likely, you have a problem with the blower or other sensor... even the motherboard not reading the sensor correctly. These parts in this kit are simply mechanical... they rarely fail on their own. Something else is the root cause if they go.I will check back in after I use these for a while... but will not blame the vendor for a failed product.. but will use it as an indicator I have something else to check. I am glad they will replace the parts though to get me back up and running till I can figure out any other potential issues. (I do have the old ones also as a backup)For now... Thanks for a great deal on a bundle of parts. Happy customer.

Works Great - Packaging Could be Better
The parts arrived when Amazon said they would. They were shipped in a padded envelope and the box inside was damaged and opened but other than the heating element connection ends being a bit deformed all contents were intact. This is the only reason I did not give it 5-stars. I decided to by the kit that included the heating element, thermal fuse and thermostat just in case it was one of the sensors that caused the heating element to open. The parts form, fit and function were very good. The dryer has been used now for 2 days with no problems. If you replace your heating element be advised expect a bit of a smell from the heating element the first time or two you use it as the factory coating/finish on the new coil burns off.Update:. 4 months later and it is still working just fine.

it's getting hot in here
If your reading this you probably are part of the Samsung repair class of 2024. You get a free scholarship every time you purchase a Samsung product 3 years after initial purchase. At least this time it was a part that often goes out unlike all the other parts I have replaced.Got the "upgraded" kit for water that means. Replaced every single part shipped for the first time in my life. Others say it may not be as hot, all I know is it got the heat off of me and my old lady is happy. Seems to be working fine and all parts fit. I did use rubber gloves as others mentioned oil from your hands might damage the element but who knows if it overkill..Time will tell how long it will last.

Hold on to the old parts if they are still good !
Bought this replacement coil. It comes with a replacement Thermostat and I figured, ok might as well replace that since I have it. Lasted 2 months and failed so I had to pull it and put the old one in that I kept as a backup. Looks like all of the "different vendors" Amazon lists as having these parts for dryers are all the same, Cheap Chinese Crap! If this was made in the USA, it would probably still be good when the whole dryer needed to be thrown away but I know I'm just dreaming. I have replaced the coil and the thermostat 4 times since I bought the thing 10 years ago..... Samsung - works until it doesn't.

Much better than Ebay elements and I regained my sanity!
I had been buying heating elements from Ebay for my Maytag Dryer. Those elements only lasted a few months. They didn't seem to heat very well either but I didn't realize that until I bought this element. Right away I could tell the metal used in this element was of much higher quality. However what I didn't expect is how much hotter my dryer is now than before. Those ebay elements never came close to the heat this baby cranks out. My recommendation is that you buy this element. You will save electricity by the dryer not running so long. You will save your sanity by not replacing it every 3 to 6 months. Plus the little extra cost you may pay for this element will bring the joy of washing and drying clothes back again. Well maybe that's going a bit far, but you will be buying peace of mind. Just buy it, you will be happy you did.
