My puppy stopped barking and she knows when not to bark with the collar on. We don't have a remote control so I gave that a one star, but otherwise, it was pretty effective. She is a husky, aus and german shepherd mixed, and learned quickly. The only issue is getting it to fit right on her puffy fur, if you make it extra snug and part the fur, it will work.

Supposed to be new…came in a bag with no box and no instructions? Green light blinking on it. Don’t feel safe putting this on my dog…

It's really not fair to the manufacturer to knock a star off because they burn through batteries. Any larger would be too large. But there IS one other minor complaint: the buckle allows the strap to loosen. And the secret to the effectiveness of a bark collar is that the terminals remain close to the skin. I noticed in other complaints that people couldn't make it work correctly; well, here's how to handle that: get it adjusted to your dog's neck so that it's as tight as directed; then trim the excess strap material with a sizzor; and then use a lighter to melt the end of the strap to the other part of the strap where it folds back onto itself. (And don't worry, you can peel it apart if you have to re-adjust the sizing. Just re-melt it to "glue" it together so that it doesn't loosen when your dog scratches at it.)

Stops the dog from constant barking.Slight buzz. But he thinks twice before.

It a great bark collar however it is not designed properly. The lens that show the information gets scratched easily from the dog wearing it. Mine is less than two months old and I can not clearly see the settings.

Come without original packaging and no instructions. Purchased as a new product.

Doesn’t work for my Great Pyrenees, probably because his thick fur prevents the collar from sensing the vibrations from his bark.
