Great quality - and good for dry eyes, too!
My ophthalmologist told me decades ago that I had dry eyes and should be taking fish oil supplements daily. Because of my eyes, I take two capsules daily, rather than one. Many people take a fish oil supplement for heart health - I just consider the heart support a bonus. This fish oil is totally from naturally sourced Alaskan salmon and pollack and is of a higher dosage of omega fatty acids (1400 mg) than most fish oils you'll find in a drugstore. The capsules are large, but once moistened in your mouth with water or other liquid, will go down easily (point them down toward your throat like little torpedoes). Bonus: I have NEVER had a "fish burp" (fishy-tasting burp) after taking these. Highly recommend!

My fvorite fish oil pills. I chew them like candy, as the taste is actually pretty good!
Yes, that's right. I chew these things like candy. They have a very sweet flavor with a tiny hint of fishiness. I also like how they contain a decent level of vitamin A. I eat around 4-6 of them a day as a main source of fatty acids. I also think they might help a bit with my migraines, but I'll have to give that a bit longer to see if there is any long-term results in that department. But, as a source of Omega-3, they are cheaper and better than Krill oil. They are also not concentrated Omega-3 and have a broader spectrum of fats than other brands. Like most Kirkland Signature products, you get a high quality for the price.

Kirkland Signature Wild Alaskan Fish Oil 1400 mg, 230 Softgels
These fish-oil softgels are terrific! Only one softgel contains the full 1400-mg dosage. This is a fantastic value!

Great value and efficacy
These are a great deal, and even better if you can get them from Costco. But just knowing they’re from Kirkland you can trust they’re using quality ingredients offered at a reasonable price. Some of these other omega capsule brands are too good to be true, in regard to price vs quantity/quality. That’s the reason I will often go with Kirkland alternatives. I would guess these are produced by the same manufacturer that makes the costlier versions.
